Is it safe to wear circle contact lenses even if I have astigmatism?
I use Acuvue Contact Lenses for Astigmatism for about a year now. And I was wondering if I can wear a normal contact lenses? Like the Circle Lenses. I heard from someone I know that also have astigmatism that she is wearing circle lenses from Geo, not the Toric or the one for astigmatism. Is it safe? Will it damage my eyes?

I have light green eyes, but I’d like to wear non-perscription brown colored contact lenses, just every now and then for a different kind of look. But opaque lenses are usually SO unnatural looking.
